With NXpark’s profile rising in the APAC industrial properties market, so also is its visibility in national media. Most recently, NXpark was invited to join as a guest on “Invest in China – Finance MNC Dialogue”, alongside a number of multinationals operating in the region. Broadcast on China’s largest business network, NXpark was represented by President Zhe Jiang, who was also interviewed individually in a session titled “Investing in China: More Peers, More Win-Wins”.

During the “MNC Dialogue” NXpark’s Xi’an was highlighted as one of the program’s “Case Studies of the Year”, showcasing its model of capex-free development on behalf of client Forvia Faurecia, and the high degree of facility sustainability it has achieved, most notably net-zero performance from the park’s largest manufacturing building, Factory One. In the panel, Zhe Jiang was joined by representatives from nine other multinational companies, including Airbus, BMW Brilliance, ExxonMobil, Novo Nordisk, Intel, BASF, and Bosch.

Later, after appearing in another panel with mayors from a number of China manufacturing hubs, Zhe sat down for a one-to-one exploring the NXpark project, the evolving needs of clients in the industrial properties market. Zhe’s segment is shown below.
